Heart and Soul

Linda and Pat met in high school. First day of her senior year... his junior. After two years of art school for Pat, we married and went to work. About 3 years later, our first child was born.

As many of you know, raising kids is quite a job. Linda & I decided to spread the process out over 35 years ... not so sure that is the textbook manner, but some say it keeps you young. However, It’s always people with no kids at home that say that.

Linda has home educated all of our children until they entered college. Something we felt called to do early on ... and never stopped. Yes, most of our relatives thought we were idiots. Well, we were young and dumb at the time, but it was a good kind of dumb and  the results have been good so far.

We believe in a few core values. First, we believe that everyone should have goals for their life and be about the business of achieving them. Second, we believe the basis of all success is found in providing something of value to your fellow man. Third, we believe in hard work. Fourth, we believe in living life without burdensome debt, and that it is impossible to borrow your way to prosperity. Fifth, we believe a family of a mother, father and children is the building block of the church and the society.  Sixth, we believe in personal responsibility. The man or woman in the mirror is ultimately your best friend or worst enemy. Your choices today give birth to tomorrows results.

We are most grateful in our lives to have been blessed with four healthy, hard working and honorable children; the random chance that we were born as Americans; and the reality to have a walk with the Lord. And to top it all off, we are very grateful for you, our friends and clients, who have made so much of it possible. It is an honor to know you and even more so to serve you.
